MCP tools reference

The Klastro MCP server exposes the tools below. Your AI client lists them under these names, sometimes with a prefix such as klastro.

How to read the tables

  • Permission: the permission the connection needs, as approved on the consent screen. Read tools only look at data. Write tools start, change, submit or delete something. A connection granted Administration can call every tool.
  • Credits: tools marked Yes can start or restart a lab that is charged in credits, under the same rules as in the app. See Plans and credits.
  • Your role in the organization still applies. A tool returns a refusal when you could not do the same thing in the app.
