Record a verdict and filter reports

The score measures what the candidate did in the lab; the verdict is your hiring decision. Klastro keeps both side by side: the verdict shows in the report list and on the report itself, with your notes.

Prerequisite: be a Recruiter or an admin in an organization on a business contract.

Verdict Shown in Results and on the report
Strong hire STRONG HIRE
Hire HIRE
No hire NO HIRE
Strong no hire STRONG NO HIRE

The first two show in green, the last two in red.

The verdict is recorded through the Klastro MCP integration, that is, from an AI assistant connected to your account. The report page displays the verdict but has no form to enter it.

  1. Check that the candidate’s assessment is over: their report must be listed under Assess → Results. A run still in progress cannot receive a verdict.

  2. Read the report (see Read a candidate report).

  3. In your assistant connected to Klastro, ask it to record the verdict, naming the candidate, for example: “Record a Hire verdict on Jane Smith’s report, with the note: fast diagnosis, sound method, needs work on networking.” The assistant uses the submit_report_review tool.

  4. Reload the report in Klastro.

The verdict badge appears at the top of the report, the Recruiter review section shows the verdict and your notes, and the report status changes to Reviewed.

  • Notes are optional and limited to 5,000 characters.
  • To change your mind, record a new verdict: it replaces the previous one, notes included.
  1. Open Assess, then Results. The Candidate Reports page lists the completed assessments of the whole organization.

  2. In the Filters row, choose a Status:

    • All statuses;
    • Completed: the candidate went to the end, no verdict yet;
    • Timed out: the allotted time ran out, no verdict yet;
    • Reviewed: a verdict has been recorded.
  3. Optionally choose an Assessment to keep a single template.

  4. To clear everything, click Clear filters.

The All reports table shows 10 reports per page, with these columns:

Column Content
Candidate Name and email.
Assessment Template name.
Score Percentage, points (18/25 pts) and gauge.
Result Passed or Failed.
Status Completed, Timed out or Reviewed.
Verdict The verdict, or “—”.
Duration Time between the start and the end of the run.
Completed End date.

On a narrow screen some columns are hidden; Candidate, Score and the View report icon always stay visible.

The counters at the top of the page (Completed, Passed, Failed) cover the reports shown on the table’s current page.
